AMPHORA WHITE 2022

Bacchus and Müller-Thurgau were fermented in a clay amphora and matured there for nine months. The grapes are destemmed and placed in the amphora whole bunch and,unpressed. The vessel is filled with grape juice and covered. The result after new months is elegant, clearly structured and somewhat exotic.
